I had discovered a remarkable collection of art is displayed in Downtown Napa, specifically meant to be viewed at night. The Lighted Art Festival occurs mid January to mid February. The art installations are readily accessible, the downtown area is walking friendly, especially along the riverfront. Coming out of the holiday season and the wonder of light displays, the Festival is a great way to continue that spirit in the short days of winter in the new year.
