Sunlight & Shadows on a Broad Scale
“And there were gardens bright with sinuous rills,
Where blossom’d many an incense-bearing tree;
And here were forests ancient as the hills,
Enfolding sunny spots of greenery.”
What initially prompted me to take this photo was the creek pointing towards the green hills under a spectacular stormy sky. Upon closer inspection there are some pleasant details. The picnic table near the creek. The shadows cast upon the hills by storm clouds during a fast moving thunderstorm.
